• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 7e772 is not responsible for bets failing to place due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• Attempting to exploit the system by placing bets across multiple accounts on the same event simultaneously may result in all such bets being voided.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.

• False Identity: Registering using another person's identity or fraudulent documents.
• Harassment: Threatening or harassing behavior toward other members or staff.

You may request to close your 7e772 account at any time. Contact support to submit your request — if you have a remaining balance, it will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.

7e772 may close accounts for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If registration under a false identity is confirmed.
• Suspicion of financial fraud or illegal activity.
• If the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (you will be notified by email in advance if there is a remaining balance).
• If a person registered under a self-exclusion program creates an account.

If you believe an account closure decision is not final, you may appeal by contacting support. 7e772 will consider reasonable requests.
